Hello everyone and welcome to a sneaky little addition to my Slimming World content, all about treating yourself in the world of Instagram #TreatYoSelf. Be warned, that Instagram tag leads to drooly images of very high syn food. However, one of the reasons for writing is that I have recently found myself behaving much better when it comes to staying on plan and one of the reasons for doing so is treating myself when I need to.

Welcome to Food Friday! This week I thought I would try something a bit different and attempt a what I eat in a week video rather than just a day.
So today’s post is all about when a ‘What I Eat In A Day’ goes wrong.
It started out relatively well. I have been suffering from a disgusting cough but I was up about in the morning with a cup of tea and a smile on my face. But something was up. The cough was making my throat feel all catchy and watery and it was tiring to always need to clear your throat yet never achieve it. Nothing seemed to work.

I have been making videos and blog content about Slimming World for quite some time now but I haven’t shared my progress.
