Christmas, Christmas everywhere and with it, many arts and crafts. Whilst I scrolled through Pinterest looking for creative ideas for Christmas I stumbled across an image. The title and picture immediately suckered me in.
Credit has to go to Chelsea from Making Home Base for the inspiration here. As soon as I saw her title image and the finished snowflakes, I knew I had to make them as part of Blogmas this year.
Make sure to protect your work surface with some newspaper or an old sheet.
I bought the lolly/popsicle sticks from Amazon (have linked them below if you’re interested), the Glue Gun from Tesco and I picked up the spray paint in Poundland. Based on our décor I chose to go for silver, although gold, white, blue or red would look equally as fabulous. You could also add some additional snow spray or some glitter spray for extra sparkle.
I found the easiest way to produce the snowflakes was in sections and then glue it all together.
Check out the video for a visual demonstration. Remember, before spray painting, make sure you removed all of the glue strings so that the edges are nice and clear.

The glue gun was from Tesco but you can find a similar one here: http://amzn.to/2jCqfjP
