Hello everyone and welcome to my Blogmas 2017!
It’s December! Okay, I know it is 2 December today but the first was a Friday. If you are a follower of mine, you will know that Fridays are my Food Friday posts and I couldn’t break the routine! So yesterday was a Festive Breakfast idea for Christmas day. It’s what I will be having this year because it is so delicious. Why not take a look and try it out? It’s low FODMAP and relatively friendly in terms of Slimming World.
I never used to be much of a Christmas person. Well, as a child, I was of course, but during my twenties, I found it all a bit of a hassle. What a grump. Happily, things have changed as my years on the earth have passed. This year, with a blog on the go I had the option of Blogmas and I was immediately excited.
So I won’t assume that you all know what Blogmas is… Blogmas is a Christmassy blogging challenge. Bloggers post a Christmas themed post each day in December in the run-up to (and sometimes including) Christmas day. Consider it a blogging advent calendar if you will.
I had planned to post every day this month but we will see. For definite there will be something new from me each day at 5 pm until the 25th. I will continue my Food Friday posts each week so that my Slimming World and Low FODMAP series continues. However, there may also be additional food and drink related posts popping up at some point.
A number of the posts will include YouTube videos (you can subscribe to my YouTube channel here) but I tend to include a text and image version in the blog post for if you prefer to read. You can follow my blog on Bloglovin so that you never miss a post or sign up via email if you prefer. I will also be posting links on my Twitter (@missamyrach) and Instagram (@missamyrach) so there will be plenty of ways to find the content.
I have loved putting this content together so here is a sneak peek of what is to come this month!
Are any of you lovely readers doing Blogmas this year? Let me know in the comments so that I can check out your blog and posts. I have planned my daily content for each day but if you have any suggestions or ideas for anything you might like to see, please let me know in the comments. In addition, as always, any feedback is always welcome.
Happy December everyone and I hope it’s a festive, easy and fun run up to Christmas for all of you this year. x
