In preparation for some future recipe videos, I recently went shopping for Slimming World friendly Low FODMAP ingredients. These ingredients are also Slimming World friendly and so, I thought I would show you what I bought. Not only do I understand how tricky it can be to get to grips with low FODMAP, I also appreciate the need for ideas for shopping and recipes. So, I thought I would do my bit to help.

Slimming World Recipe – Garlic & Balsamic Tomatoes

Tomatoes. Low FODMAP (easier on the digestion) and speed food on the Slimming World plan. What's not to like? I personally love tomatoes, even served simply sliced and sprinkled with salt. However, to switch things up a little, these tangy tomatoes are super tasty and make a wonderful accompaniment to many meals. In particular, they would work well with my Loaded Potato Skins.
