It is time for more favourites! This month I have some beauty related products and a tv programme that had me on the edge of my seat repeatedly throughout the latest series. Or season, depends where you are.
A small collection of favourites this month but worthy nonetheless. If available, links are included in the title of each product.
Primark Sleek & Smooth Coconut and Argan Hair Oil
£2 – I tend to use this on wet hair, leave my hair for 5-10 minutes and then comb through and dry. I love this stuff. The scent is also delicious, sweet but subtle coconut. I use one pump on my fine hair and it makes an enormous difference to how it feels. The softness and manageability it provides is fantastic.
£30 – Lavender scented, this cream is rich and luxurious. I have combination to dry skin and I have found this to be wonderful for my skin during the unexpected cold spells of March. It has helped t protect my skin and soften and rehydrate those dry patches I get under my eyes.
£2.69 each in Readers of £2.99 on the Bomb Cosmetics Website – The two bath bombs I have at the moment are Pineapple Expressed and Razzle-berry. As an alternative to Lush products, these aren’t so good. However, for £2.69 which is almost half the price of a Lush bath bomb, I think they’re worth it.
£8.99 – I have previously been on the fence about this mascara. In all honesty, I was a little confused by the hype I remember after it’s launch. However, with a slight adaptation to the method of application, I have changed my mind. I now, really, really like it. The shorter bristles on the underside of the wand are the way to go with this.
£2.99 – Similar to the Poundland Matt Lip Cream (although not in shade) but better, these lip creams are creamy, easy to apply and long lasting. The other shade I have is Mulberry and for £2.99 these are a bargain!
How To Get Away With Murder
Series three has been soooooooo edge of your seat! And I have loved it. I watched Season one and two ages ago and have been eagerly awaiting series three. Unbekown to me, season three had appeared on Netflix. Viola Davis stars as Annalise, a strong woman and amazing defence lawyer and the series follows her law firm and the students she teaches. Gripping stuff.
