With the helping hand of my recent drive to get organised and meal plan, this week has been mostly on plan and mostly within the advised syn range, with the exception of the weekend which was full of off plan meals out and high syn alcohol. But, you know, all in the spirit of a good life. The damage of being off plan for a few weeks has, I am sure, been done and it may now be a fresh start required in terms of my weightless journey. That said…

Result: It appears that I am being absolutely useless when it comes to remembering to weigh myself each Tuesday morning… perhaps it is the dread? To meet my Tuesday evening post deadline I have uploaded the main bulk of the content, but I will update this post when I have made acquaintances with the scales.
