So the result has been positive and I’ve lost 2lb this week! Pretty good by my standards.

This week has been really good actually and I’m pleased with how well I’ve stayed on plan. There have been a few moments where I’ve really fancied a prosecco or a leftover truffle from Christmas, but work has been stressful so that’s not a surprise and I’m pleased at having managed to overcome the cravings. My problem can be one that all pringles lovers know well, once I pop I just can’t stop, and I can be a bit of a binge eater… know that feeling? The psychology of sticking to plan can be really tricky… but we’ll delve into that more at another time.

In addition, as a result of the 5 and a half days on plan (Domino’s? What Domino’s?) I’m already feeling better from food optimising and my body is processing everything more efficiently. It’s such a great feeling to just feel better and staying on plan really helps to keep lethargy at bay. Got to love Slimming World and I’m really looking forward to more progress next week.
