I haven’t been able to weigh myself on my usual scales again this week but I am very much expecting a gain after my chocolate, wine and burger indulgences… still… it was great and I would do it all again!

In terms of weekly update, I only actually had 3 days where I stayed within the max 15 syns and I’ve just been really, really hungry for some reason! My usual Friday night off plan saw me consume more than normal and the weekend proved to be difficult when it came to resisting chocolate. I have seen others say the same on their Instagram posts, but why does this happen? Is it boredom? I was busy but couldn’t stop thinking about my stomach.

The beauty of Slimming World is that if you stay on plan, you can eat as much free food as you like and still stay ‘safe’, but of course, that’s if you can stay on plan… Still, I have had some good days and my meals have mostly be sensible and measured appropriately. Ultimately, it could have been worse, there is no frown on my face and a fresh week is upon us! Let’s do this!
