WAI LANA YOGA & PILATES MAT

WAI LANA YOGA & PILATES MAT REVIEW

Who here has tried yoga? Yoga has exploded in popularity in recent years and if you have followed me for a while, you know that I jumped on the bandwagon. For me, yoga has both physical and emotional benefits and although the sloth in me requires the odd prod at times, I always enjoy both the experience and aftermath.

THE FLAWESOME AWARD – CELEBRATE OUR FLAWS

Hello friends!

So, we all have flaws right? Well, last week, the lovely Joan Senio from ‘My best friend Adeline’ nominated me to take part in the Flawesome Award. HAPPINESS IS… UNDERSTANDING STRESS REACTIONS

Resharing an old but slightly revamped post on understanding stress reactions today. Because this stuff is important. We all have stress.

DOES WEIGHT LOSS LEAD TO HAPPINESS?

DOES WEIGHT LOSS LEAD TO HAPPINESS?

Wow, what a question.

SLIMMING WORLD WEIGHTLOSS UPDATE – APR 18

I have been making videos and blog content about Slimming World for quite some time now but I haven’t shared my progress. For a long time, I have been someone who knows how to do it but have struggled with motivation when it comes to sticking on plan. I, like many people, was restarting my diet every day! That familiar ‘Oh go on then, I will start again tomorrow’. Anyone know what I mean?
